Living in a city can create for many joyous moments. They tend to show up when you least expect them and the great thing is that they often come when you need it the most.
On our road trip to N.C., daughter and I had to turn around in order to get multiple pictures of: "El Titanic Mexican and Seafood Restaurante". We were grungy and tired, and ready to reach our destination, but, the El-Titanic sign gave us new life.
If you're ever in Alexandria, Louisiana, and need a stop off...just ring da door bell. I'm sure Bluebell (the bassett) will approve, and, we have showers and beds and cold-cold air. (no food, tho)
Oh, and, you can meet my Two Lovely Daughters...El-Hippie and El-Velociraptor:).

The fountain picture cracks me up! I like that you post so many pictures. It's nice to see the city in a different way.
